We’ve a large games room in our converted garage. We have a pool table and lots of kids games. We also have tennis rackets and Basket ball for use at the community courts in the centre of Hampton Lakes. The room has separately controlled air conditioning.

The main living room has a XBOX 360 for playing games and DVDs. We’ve a selection of games for the XBOX and DVDs. Please feel free to bring your own. If you are travelling from the UK the XBOX is region locked to USA games, so we recommend not bringing your own from the UK unless they are region free games and DVDs.

We’ve a selection of cool boxes for use at the beach, these are stored in the games room also.
