Please note:

• A deposit of $150 per week is required to secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your stay
• Payment is accepted in US Dollars. Payment in any other currency can be agreed at the date of booking. Local taxes are included.
• A refundable deposit of $300 is taken with your final payment and returned 7 days after check out.
• Pool heating is additional at $25 per day
• All stays attract a cleaning fee of $125
• Payment is by US Check or Wire transfer. If you would like to pay by credit card we accept PayPal with an additional charge of 3% of the total cost (this is what PayPal charge us)
• Special rates are available for longer stays.
